We aggregate public listings from Japanese property portals and enrich them with the investment context the portals don't offer: price per m² benchmarked against ward medians, a transparent 0–100 investment score, full price history, and risk flags for rebuild restrictions, leasehold, and short-term rental rules.
We are not a real estate agency. We have no commission relationship with any agent or portal. We do not broker transactions.
What we are: a research terminal. The starting point for a serious Tokyo property decision — not the ending point.
